Practical Info & Alpine Logistics
Located ~13 km from Upper Omalo via a rugged mountain dirt track carved into cliffs. A high-clearance 4×4 vehicle and experienced off-road driver are mandatory.
A spectacular day-trek or memorable horseback riding excursion from Omalo, winding through rolling ridges and high pastures with beautiful lookouts.
Accessible only during the short summer window from mid-June to early September, as heavy snow blocks the high trails throughout the rest of the year.
