The itinerary is perfectly balanced—one day you are tasting incredible wines in Kakheti, and the next you are surrounded by medieval towers in the high mountains of Svaneti. Our driver-guide was professional, safe on the mountain roads, and shared so much local history with us. The 4WD trips to Ushguli and Koruldi Lakes were absolute highlights.
